Admission

Normally the academic session starts from Baisakh (April) and ends by the last of Chaitra (March) unless and otherwise the government authority makes a legal announcement. Any student willing to leave or alter the school facilities such as boarding, transportation, etc. has to apply to the school authority prior to the end of the session. Any eligible refund is to be claimed before beginning the new session.

School Hours
Working days are generally from Sunday to Friday. However, the first and last Sundays of each month, according to the Nepali calendar, are suspended for meetings. The school starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends up at 4:00 p.m. whereas the juniors from grade one to four leave by 3:15 p.m.

School Uniform
Students must be in well dressed up in proper uniform. They must be neat and tidy with polished shoes and combed hair. White ribbons are compulsory for girls. The school uniforms are as follows:

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Cream shirt, Grey pant/Skirt [Pants compulsory for girls, Grade VI upwards] Grey socks and laced-black shoes Maroon sweeter (V-Neck)/Blazer (For Winter)/Maroon Jacket (For Winter)


Tuesday White shirt /White Pant/ Skirt [Pant compulsory for girls, Grade VI upwards] White socks and white shoes Maroon sweeter (V-Neck)/Blazer (For Winter)/Maroon Jacket (For Winter)


Friday House dress


Note: • School Tie and Belt for all and white ribbons for the girls are compulsory. • Scout students have to wear Scout Uniform as per the schedule. • Boarder and semi-boarder students have to follow the dress code issued by the Hostel.
